If you have any symptoms at all, please do not volunteer. According to the government guidance, the most common symptoms of coronavirus (COVID-19) are recent onset of:
- New continuous cough and/or;
- High temperature.
If you are any of the below, you should also not be volunteering and self-isolate:
- Are over 70.
- Have an underlying health condition.
- Are pregnant.
Even if you don't have any symptoms, remember that anyone can be carrying it so it's essential to follow social-distancing guidelines:
- Don't be in a group of more than TWO people;
- Stay a minimum of 2 metres (6 feet) away from anyone.
