If you have any symptoms at all, please do not volunteer. According to the government guidance, the most common symptoms of coronavirus (COVID-19) are recent onset of:

  1. New continuous cough and/or;
  2. High temperature.

If you are any of the below, you should also not be volunteering and self-isolate:

  1. Are over 70.
  2. Have an underlying health condition.
  3. Are pregnant.

Even if you don't have any symptoms, remember that anyone can be carrying it so it's essential to follow social-distancing guidelines:

  1. Don't be in a group of more than TWO people;
  2. Stay a minimum of 2 metres (6 feet) away from anyone.
